Test Details
- Utilizes an unbiased DNA extraction method that captures DNA from most bacteria, fungi and protozoa
- Utilizes sequencing information from variable regions covering over 90% of the 16S rRNA gene for bacterial diversity
- Utilize sequencing information from the Internal transcribed spacer (ITS) including ITS1 and ITS2 regions and other markers for fungi, mold and yeast diversity
- A comprehensive panel of multiple genetic markers for detection of multiple agricultural pests and their vectors including the gut content of the vectors to ensure early disease detection for quick corrective action.
- The generated analysis reports the detected microbial diversity at different taxonomic levels (Order, Family, Genus and Species levels).
